WORKING : |
The physiologic mechanism of male reproductive system to make reproductive organ firmer involves release of nitric oxide (NO) in the corpus cavernosum once there is stimulation for the love making. NO then activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase which results in increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) producing smooth muscle relaxation in the corpus cavernosum and allowing inflow of blood.
Kamagra Oral Jelly has no direct relaxant effect on isolated human corpus cavernosum but enhances the effect of NO (Nitric oxide) by inhibiting phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) which is responsible for degradation of cGMP in the corpus cavernosum. When stimulation causes local release of NO, inhibition of PDE5 by this medication causes increased levels of cGMP in the corpus cavernosum resulting in smooth muscle relaxation and inflow of blood to the corpus cavernosum. |

DOSE : |
The recommended dose of Kamagra Oral Jelly is 100 mg sachet once in a day. It comes in different doses (25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg). Like many medications, your healthcare provider may have to adjust your initial dose if it doesn't produce the desired results or you're bothered by side effects. Do not take more amount of this medication than your healthcare provider prescribes. It can be used up to once a day as needed.
If you are older than 65 years, have a serious liver or kidney problem or are taking protease inhibitors, such as for the treatment of HIV, your healthcare provider may start you at the lowest (25-mg) dose of this medication. |

SIDE EFFECTS : |
| Like all medications, this medication can cause some side effects. These are usually mild and don't last longer than a few hours. Some of these side effects are more likely to occur with higher doses of Kamagra Oral Jelly. The most common side effects are headache, facial flushing, and upset stomach. It may also briefly cause bluish or blurred vision or sensitivity to light. In the rare event your organ may stay stiff for more than 4 hours, seek immediate medical help in such an instance. Heart attack, stroke, and irregular heart beats have been reported rarely in men taking this medicine. Most, but not all of these men had know heart problems before taking this medicine. It is not possible to determine whether these events were directly related to intake of Kamagra Oral Jelly. |

PRECAUTIONS : |
Before you start any treatment with this impotence treatment, be sure to ask your healthcare provider if your heart is healthy enough. If you're using nitrate drugs, like nitroglycerine, never take Kamagra Oral Jelly. The combination of this medication and nitrates can make your blood pressure suddenly drop to unsafe levels. You could get dizzy, faint, or even have a heart attack or stroke. Nitrates are found in many prescription medications that are used to treat angina (chest pain due to heart disease) such as:
- Nitroglycerin (sprays, ointments, skin patches or pastes, and tablets that are swallowed or dissolved in the mouth)
- Isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate (tablets that are swallowed, chewed or dissolved in the mouth)
- Nitrates are also found in recreational drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite ("poppers"). If you are not sure if any of your medications contain nitrates or if you do not understand what nitrates are, ask your healthcare provider or pharmacist.
- For old men it is advisable to take the doctor's opinion regarding the dose of Kamagra tablets.
- If you are suffering with any of the heart disorders, blood pressure, or diabetes then it would be better if you inform your family physician before starting this medication.

WARNINGS : |
- Kamagra Oral Jelly is not for children or women.
- It must be used only under a healthcare provider's supervision.
- Drinking alcohol can temporarily impair the ability to get it hard. To get the maximum benefit from your medication, you are advised not to drink large amounts of alcohol before taking this medication.
- Kamagra Oral Jelly after a high-fat meal (such as a cheeseburger and French fries) may cause the medication to take a little longer to start working. So, do avoid these things.
