Dose

For patients with severe renal insufficiency on hemodialysis, the maximum recommended dose is 5 mg. r patients with mild or moderate degrees of hepatic impairment, the dose of Forzest should not exceed 10 mg once daily. In patients with severe hepatic impairment, the use of this medication is not recommended.

Side Effects

Like all medicines, Forzest (Tadalafil) can cause some side effects. These effects are usually mild to moderate and usually don't last longer than a few hours. Some of these side effects are more likely to occur with higher doses. The most common side effects of Tadalafil are headache, flushing of the face and upset stomach. Less common side effects that may occur are temporary changes in color vision (such as trouble telling the difference between blue and green objects or having a blue color tinge to them), eyes being more sensitive to light or blurred vision. In rare instances, men have reported a stiffness that lasts many hours. You should call a doctor immediately if you ever have a stiffness that lasts more than 4 hours. Precautions

• Should not be taken in combination with grape fruit or grape juice.
• Consult the doctor before taking this drug if you have serious heart disease, have had a recent heart attack, have had a recent stroke, sickle cell anemia, low or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
• If you are (hypersensitive) allergic to tadalafil or any of the other ingredients of forzest then avoid taking this drug.
