Premarin cream contains endogenous estrogens that are responsible for the development and maintenance of the reproductive system as well as secondary sexual characteristics in women. There are no circulating estrogens in a dynamic equilibrium, but estradiol is a female sexual hormone, estrogen, which is more potent than its metabolites, such as estriol and estrone at the receptor level.

Dose
