Working

Irovel H helps to treat high blood pressure with its combinational mechanism. Tablet is a combination of two medicines, which are Irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide. These two drugs help to lower blood pressure effectively by acting synergistically. Irbesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that works to prevent the contraction of muscles and blood vessels. It allows the heart to pump blood without any restrictions and improves blood flow. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic drug that eliminates extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also works to relaxes blood vessels and improves blood augmentation in the body.

Dose

• Take Irovel H drug under medical supervision. Take this pill once a day at the same time regularly. 
• One can take Irovel H dosage with or without a meal. It is best if you take it four hours before going to sleep to avoid getting up late for urinating.
• In case if you are already taking other medicines to lower your cholesterol level, take the Irovel H pill four hours before or four to six hours after taking those pills.
• Take the Irovel H dosage regularly without fail to maintain your blood pressure level.
• Keep taking this pill even if you feel better, do not stop taking Irovel H dosage unless told by your doctor.

Side Effects

These are the common side of the Irovel H tablet. These side effects disappear after some time without causing any harm. • If you have diabetes, then this drug may affect your blood sugar level. Therefore, you must check your blood sugar level regularly. Also, tell your doctor if you have diabetes; he will guide you properly.

Warnings

• Taking the Irovel H drug will make you sensitive to the sun; therefore, avoid staying out in the sun for a long time. Wear protective clothing or sunscreen.
• This drug may affect the potassium level in your body. Therefore, before taking potassium salts or any potassium supplements, consult your doctor.
• If your doctor advises you a surgery, remember to tell your doctor that you are taking Irovel H antihypertensive drug.
• Older patients might be more sensitive to the side effects of Irovel H drug; therefore, such people should rest after taking the dosage.
