Cilacar T is an efficient drug that helps to lower the blood pressure in people who are suffering from high blood pressure. This tablet contains a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine and Telmisartan that work synergistically to prevent heart attack or a stroke due to high blood pressure. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) that works to inhibit the entry of calcium ions, which cause contraction of blood vessels; doing so helps to relax the blood vessels. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), which works to control chest tightness and pain by relaxing the chest muscles.

• The dosage of Cilacar T depends on your age, health condition, and weight. Also, if any other medicines that you are taking. Usually, 40mg dosage is advised for regular use.
