Sex is the most beautiful movement of the life when both the partners get together and satisfy their prurient desires and get emotional bonded with each other. Sex is the bridge to strengthen the men-women relationship. Sex is the absolute act of the pleasure that leads to the multiplication of the progeny. But, please remember that sex is not only an act to multiply the race, but is a means of enjoyment, bonding, and living a healthy life. Sex has got many positive impacts on human health. It has been observed that men and women who indulge in sex regularly are healthier than others who practice sex infrequently. But, it is very sad to know that sex today has become a medium of lust and is transforming a very fatal disease from one individual to other. So, it is very necessary to maintain hygiene during sex to avoid the occurrence of these diseases.

1. To keep your intimate body parts clean is the first step toward maintaining the necessary hygiene for sex. Please note that along with all your body parts it is also necessary to keep your reproductive organs clean. Washing them daily is best part of maintaining the hygiene. Special attention is needed to these parts as they are very delicate and important parts to have sex at its best. Please note that an unclean sexual organ is found to be the biggest turn down during the sex.

2. For men maintaining the penis hygiene is very important step as it could lead to many infections if proper care is not taken. Wash the penis regular to keep away from the bacterial and viral infections that grow due to bad sanitation. You should wash the area underneath the foreskin of the penis. First pull the foreskin away from the tip and wash the head with warm water and mild soap. Smegma (a white fluid), which accumulates under the foreskin should be removed regularly. Rinse your genitals with the water so that no soap parts will leave and provoke irritation in the penis.

3. Women are the most beautiful object created by god, so to they should take more care to maintain their beauty status. Each and every part of the women body is beautiful, but if not taken care may become a host for many microorganisms that may deteriorate its beauty. Women should wash their vulva with warm water and clean hands twice a day to maintain the hygiene of the sexual organs. Outer genitals should be washed in the front to back direction to prevent germs from the anus pass into vagina or urethra.

4. During menstruation women should use sanitary napkins, pads or tampons, which should be changed at least twice or thrice in a day. Try to avoid swimming in the pool during menstruation and have sex during your periods as it increases the risk of getting inflammatory infection. Please note that percentage of the women suffering with the STDs is larger than men, so please maintain a proper hygiene so that you remain safe from STDs.

5. For both men and women cleaning of the anus should be done thoroughly because most of the infections start growing first here. Whenever you clean your genitals please clean them with toilet paper and keep them dry. Avoid wearing tight-fitting synthetic wear and always try to wear the lose clothes so that proper aeration is provided to intimate parts. This will avoid the bad odor from intimate parts. Always wear the cotton undergarments to avoid the stinking from the sexual organs.

So, guys and girls please follow these simple steps to maintain your hygiene which would certainly make your sex life more pleasurable.
