Soybean is liked by all the men because it is very rich in protein content that helps the men to build a very healthy body, but according to the new research study soybean is found to affect the male fecundity adversely. It has been observed during the study that sperm count of the men who regular have the soy meals is less than the other men who have normal meals. Previously it was known that soybean helps the formation of the testosterone in the body and promotes the male fertility, but during the new study the amazing facts about the soybean were explored. According to the scientists who have conducted this study soybean kills the fertile sperms in the body and promotes the production of the testosterone that gets converted quickly into oestrogen and progesterone which are basically the female hormones.

This finding has really opened the eyes of men who were having a lot of soybean to get the very muscular physique. During the study, scientists studied the sperm count of the men who regularly included the soybean foods in their diet. It was noted during the study that the sperm count of the men having regular soybean foods was found to be very low in comparison to normal men. This study has really made a breakthrough in the study of male fertility. The scientist have even claimed that majority of the men in US are facing the impotence problems because of the excessive intake of the soy foods. They even further modified this study by the asking the men suffering with the impotence problems to stop the soy food intake for about a month and asked these men to take increase the intake of Vitamin C that would help to remove the traces of soy from the body.

After the month, the improvement in the condition of the impotent men was observed, the sperm count of these men was found to be improved after they stopped eating the soy foods. Thus, it was clear from the study that soy foods affect the male fecundity. The fecundity problem in men caused by soy foods is mainly due to the soy isoflavones that are found to be anti-sperm during the study. They also added that the problems in the erections were also noted among the men who eat soy foods excessively. The erection problems are mainly caused due to inefficient blood supply to the penis during the sexual activity. Soy foods form lot of unnecessary fats in the body, which forms plaque and gets deposited in the arteries that supply blood to penis causing erectile dysfunction. Thus, it is very necessary to control the intake of soy foods.

The main point that was stretched by the scientists who conducted the study was that male fecundity is affected only by the excessive intake of the soy foods, but not by the controlled intake. Soy foods are good to the health when taken in a balanced manner, but if you take them in more quantity then certainly they will harm you. Soy foods are very good source of proteins and should not be completely removed from the diet because they cause the impotence.

Soy foods are very important to be given to the young ones, so should be best if given to the young ones. But, after your child completes 10 years then you should start reducing the soy foods in his diet because soon he will leading towards the puberty. Thereafter you should not use the soy foods in large quantities. Soy foods even have been found to damage the multiplication of the sperms and hence should be avoided if you want to fertile and have the offspring. So, please cut down the excessive intake of soy foods if you want your sex life to be good.
