Men with the sleeping disorder are found to be more prone to the impotence. The link between the sleeping disorder and impotence has been verified by the research study. The sleeping problem is being noted by the maximum impotence patients and this was the reason why scientists conducted the study. In the second part of the study the men with the sleeping disorder were asked to improve their unhealthy lifestyle habits and were given the dosage of sleeping pills under the doctor’s supervision. A care was taken that these men sleep at least for 8 hours. Then again they were asked questions about their sex life. It was observed that the cases of impotence were reduced and men were enjoying a sex life to its fullest. Thus, it made clear that sleeping disorder causes impotence.

Impotence is the sexual health disorder that makes men an incompatible partner during the sexual activity as they lose the erection in between the love-making sessions. The problem of the sleeping disorder can be resolved by avoiding the excessive stress and tensions. You also need to control the diet and reduce the weight to sleep well. If you are smoking in excess or drinking alcohol in a lot then you must give-up these unhealthy habits at earliest to stay away from sleeping disorders.
