It is the complete form of the exercise called as complete sadhana in Yoga. It includes twelve sets or forms of exercise that makes surya namaskar. You can lose up to 10 to 15 pounds in a month with the help of this yoga posture. This one of the best yoga postures for weight loss.

2. Veer asana

Veer asana is the heroic posture as the name suggests. It will help you to lose the excessive fats in the stomach region and relax the muscles. Deposition of the fats around the hips is reduced by practicing this asana regularly. You can perform this asana in 2 ways, sitting position and standing position. Veerasana gives stretch to stomach and neck. It also helps to does the good digestion. So, the process of the excessive weight gain is being inhibited and later on the weight loss process is being stimulated. You can perform sitting veer asana and standing veer asana on alternate days. This asana is very useful in weight loss as it affects the digestive system.

3. Paschimottanasana

Paschimottanasana is the specifically for those who want to reduce the fat around the belly. The deposition of the fats around the belly is too much and it really looks bad too. So, if you want to loss that fat looking belly then you must start practicing this asana regularly. Firstly sit on the floor with your legs straight and stretched. Then try to touch the knee with the head. At first Paschimottan asana would be very difficult as your belly is bulged out. But, once you start practicing this daily, you would notice the improvement and your belly with start going inside. With this asana you can notice the considerable weight loss within short duration.

4. Ardha Matsyendrasana

Ardha Matsyendrasana is the superb for the weight loss. You will get the loss the fats on the thighs, chests, shoulder, stomach, and neck with the help of this asana. Many people have the double chin above the neck. This asana will make you get back the single chin. Ardha Matsyendrasana improves the metabolism rate by stretching muscles in the stomach. You may notice a slight pain in the stomach, but only during the first few days. Later on your body will get accustomed to this dosage. It helps the body to utilize the stored fats and carbohydrates in the body, thus promoting the weight loss process. Along with the weight loss this yoga posture is also useful in diabetes, constipation, dyspepsia, infertility, sciatica, and backache.

5. Halasana

Slightly difficult posture of Yoga, but Halasana is very efficient in the weight loss process. Also known as plow pose (Hal = plow). You need to do it as mentioned in the figure. Lot of practice is needed to get this pose right. Generally this pose is performed at the last so that you can concentrate properly on this pose. Hal asana is very efficient pose to reduce the fats deposition on chest, stomach, back, thighs, and buttocks. You will be getting the tremendous results by practicing this pose regularly. It takes around 2 months to show the effect. This is because you at least need 3 to 4 weeks to learn this pose properly. Weight loss is boosted once you get this pose right.
