Water is life.” It is very beneficial component to enhance the human health. Drinking adequate amount of water in a day helps to keep your health at its best. Water is the reason that we are present on this planet because it was the water where first life begin. Water is the medium, matter, and matrix without which no life can exist. Water is the gift of the nature to the mankind that helps him to maintain his health. Nothing in the world is more flexible and yielding than water. Water is everywhere and in all living things; we cannot be separated from water. You can live a life without anything else but water is the most essential thing that everyone requires. But, due to our fast and trendy lifestyles we forget to drink adequate amount of water in day and as a result we get prone to many of the unhealthy conditions. So, drink water to be healthy.
