Sildenafil citrate, you may know it under the commercial names of Viagra, Kamagra, or possibly Revatio. Sildenafil has been used for over a decade as a solution to male impotence and globally it is the most used erectile dysfunction treatment. The erection inducing effects of sildenafil were discovered quite by accident during trials, in Swansea, England, in to its effectiveness in treating hypertension and angina. It 1998 it became the first drug that could be prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction.
