Whosoever has an allergic reaction to Tadalafil should not take Apcalis. Whosoever is receiving donor medicines of nitric oxide or nitrates, which are used among other things, in certain cases of angina,should not take Apcalis.
Apcalis Drug Interactions
Apcalis should not be given simultaneously with nitrates or nitric oxide donors nor with mononitrate or dinitrate substances f Isosorbid.
The combination of Apcalis with other medicines requires to be approved by the doctor treating you, especially Cimetidine, Erythromycin and Ketoconazol.
Apcalis Side Effects
Apcalis side effects are mild and can include headache and upset stomach. Less common Apcalis side effects can be facial flushing, nasal congestion, muscle aches and back pain. Red eyes and eye pain are uncommon. If an erection occurs that lasts for more than 4 hours seek medical advice as continuous erections of this nature can damage the penis. Also if experiencing chest pains, nausea or dizziness during sex seek immediate medical advice.
Precautions before taking Apcalis
Due to the fact that Apcalis contains Lactose it should not be taken if suffering from Galactose Intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose galactose malabsorbition.Apcalis should never be taken if you take any medicines that contain nitrates.If you have ever suffered from any of the following conditions inform your doctor before taking Apcalis:
Any Serious Heart Condition Including Any history of heart attack or stroke
An Allergy to Tadalafil
High / Low Blood Pressure
Kidney / Liver Problems
Sickle Cell Anaemia, Leukaemia or Multiple Myeloma
Deformity of the Penis (e.g. Peyronies disease)
Apcalis has been known to cause dizziness so care must always be taken before driving or operating machinery.
