PharmaExpressRx.com Has Acquired NetPharmaWorld.com and TrustPharma.com

PharmaExpressRx.com has acquired two internet drug stores, NetPharmaWorld.com and TrustPharma.com. The acquisition was a friendly takeover with all the parties agreeing mutually on all terms and conditions. The deal was finalized on November 7, 2009 with an undisclosed amount and it came into existence from February 4, 2010. From this day, the two websites, NetPharmaWorld.com and TrustPharma.com, would be redirected toward PharmaExpressRx.com.

As per the agreement, all the customers of TrustPharma.com and NetPharmaWorld.com would be retained by the PharmaExpressRx.com. Deal also mentions it clearly that employees and assets of these two online pharmacies would be part of the Logicon Ltd. (parent company of PharmaExpressRx.com).

Merger was a complete takeover that was a first of its kind in the internet pharmacy market. Richard Murphy, the CEO of TrustPharma.com would be continuing his patronage to the company by joining as the board of members with Logicon Ltd. Mr. Mack Lawson will continue to head the Logicon Ltd irrespective of the merger.

The takeover was done by PharmaExpressRx.com with only aim to reach more customers and make them available the medicines that are absolutely quality oriented and are available at reasonable prices. The takeover of NetPharmaWorld.com and TrustPharma.com by PharmaExpressRx.com has the potential to revitalize important assets and create new and innovative offers to the customers.
