Anti oxidants help our immune system and the process of metabolism is effectively boosted when the healthy diet is thus inculcated in our body.

Recent studies has shown that our heart is not just a pumping organ which supplies blood but it is more sensitive to what we eat and how we eat!A clean heart is needed for a disease free life. Heart does not like to work under stress and indeed when you take in too much of drugs, alcohol then it is good to understand that all these pave a straight forward way to ruin your heart’s health.

It is wise to understand that if we need to live a life with zero health issues. The heart is the sole center of action in your body and the heart needs to be in its best condition to keep it going for a long period of time. So in order to keep it in the perfect condition it is good to restrict the intake of fat, trans fat which are found in vegetable oil and other dairy food items like ice creams, chocolates, condensed milk. Instead of cooking with the high caloric cooking oil it is wise to intake margarine and olive oil instead of refined ground nut or other forms of vegetable oil.

Also the eating habits must be in the right size. In case you have ordered food in a restaurant do not try to eat anything which is super sized in its proportion. A medium or small sized meal is alright and it is always good to start with a starter. Also do some research online to know what must be the calorie intake for your body’s energy requirements?
