Generic drugs are as effective as the brand drugs

Available just at a fraction of the branded version's cost, generic drugs such as Kamagra, Generic Viagra and Generic Cialis have become household names now. Often hailed as the lifeline of standard class, the empire of generic drugs spreads over more than fifty percent drugs available in the market.

As a matter of fact, generic drugs were earlier considered as inferior to their respective branded ones when it came to quality and reliability. But the truth is quite opposite of the assumed fact. Generic medicines are actually exactly equivalent to the branded versions in terms of quality, sturdiness, characteristics and usage. The only difference rests with the brand name conferred by the pharmaceutical companies to the product for the promotion plan. However, it is obligatory for the generic drugs manufacturers to maintain the equivalency of the generic version to its branded competitor meticulously.

Generic drugs, it may be the so called ED pills or anything else are available at a cost of 10% to 90% less than the price of their branded version. It is because generic drugs manufacturers do not indulge in research, development, advertisement or any kind of promotion. They just reproduce the already approved formulae.

However, it is not made compulsory that generic drugs should support the same outlook as their counterparts. They only are required to embrace the same blend of ingredients like the branded ones.

Besides, one need to be extra cautious while purchasing these drugs as counterfeit drugs are also sold in the market with a 'generic' tag.
